Day 1: 09.09.2018: DUBROVNIK (Croatia) 
- Arrival to Dubrovnik at their own arrangement;
- Welcome of the group at Dubrovnik hotel;
- Hotel HB.

Day 2: 10.09.2018: DUBROVNIK (UNESCO) – LOKRUM – DUBROVNIK
- A morning sightseeing of the Old town’s centre (UNESCO), surrounded by the mighty walls and fortresses, which stayed well preserved over the centuries;
- We do a walking tour on Stradun, an elegant main street with Onofrio`s Fountains, Franciscan Monastery with the ancient pharmacy, Orlando’s Column, Church of St Blaise-the city’s patron saint, the Cathedral and other sights;
- Free time for shopping or browsing in the Old Town;
- After lunch break we take the sightseeing boat trip to Lokrum island;
- Return to hotel in Dubrovnik;
- Dinner in local restaurant with folklore show;
- Hotel BB.

Day 3: 11.09.2018: DUBROVNIK – MONTENEGRO – KOTOR (UNESCO) – BUDVA – CETINJE – KOTOR – DUBROVNIK
- Entire day of sightseeing in MONTENEGRO;
- A drive to Perast for short visit and for the view on the islet of our Lady of the Rocks;
- We continue to Kotor (UNESCO), where the high Montenegro mountains are reflected in the blue waters of fjord-shaped Bay of Kotor, which is one of the most spectacular landscapes in Mediterranean;
- A visit of town Kotor, with it’s beautiful Romanesque cathedral of St.Triphun, surrounded by the walls and the fortresses;
- We continue to Budva for sightseeing;
- A drive to Cetinje, where begins the most spectacular, exciting and breath taking road to Kotor;
- We enjoy the dinner in a cute small town Cavtat, before we return to our hotel in Dubrovnik;
- Hotel BB & Restaurant dinner.

Day 4: 12.09.2018: DUBROVNIK – BOSNIA AND HERCEGOVINA - MEĐUGORJE - POČITELJ – MOSTAR (UNESCO)
- A morning trip to Bosnia and Hercegovina, where we make the first stop at Međjugorje, one of the biggest Christian pilgrimage centres in this part of Europe;
- We visit a fortress-town Počitelj, a well preserved example of oriental architecture, perched on a hillside above the river;
- We continue to Mostar (UNESCO) for a city tour;
- We see the graceful Old Bridge with a single span, colourful Bazaar with traditional handicrafts, Mosque and a typical Turkish house;
- In Mostar we enjoy typical oriental dinner;
- Hotel HB or BB & Restaurant dinner.

Day 5: 13.09.2018: MOSTAR – SPLIT (UNESCO)  – TROGIR (UNESCO) – ŠIBENIK (UNESCO) – BIOGRAD NA MORU
- A drive to Split for a sightseeing tour of the Diocletian’s Palace (UNESCO), the Jupiter’s Temple and the Cathedral;
- A drive to Trogir (UNESCO), a picturesque mediaeval town where we visit the Cathedral of St. Lawrence with Lions portal;
- A drive to Šibenik for a visit of the Cathedral of St. Jacob (UNESCO), a masterpiece of the Gothic-Renaissance art;
- A drive to the sea-side resort Biograd na moru;
- Hotel HB or BB & Restaurant dinner.

Day 6: 14.09.2018: BIOGRAD NA MORU - KORNATI NATIONAL PARK – BIOGRAD NA MORU
- An entire day boat trip to the wonderful national park of Kornati islands (if weather and sea conditions are good, otherwise we organise alternative trip to Zadar and Nin);
- The Kornati Islands archipelago in northern Dalmatia includes 147 uninhabited islands and islets with land area of only 70 km². The maze of unspoiled islands scattered over 220 km² in the Adriatic sea is a sailor's paradise and one of Croatia's most stunning national parks;
- We have a typical fish pick-nick (or meat) lunch during the cruise;
- Return to hotel, HB.

Day 7: 15.09.2018: BIOGRAD NA MORU – KRKA NATIONAL PARK – PAKOVO SELO – PLITVICE
- A visit of Krka national park, where we see the wonderful waterfalls, which are the karstic phenomenon. Over millennium river has created a canyon up to 200 m depth, through limestone hills, bringing calcium carbonate with it. Mosses and algae retain the calcium carbonate and encrust it in their roots and this created the beautiful cascade waterfalls; - A drive to Dalmatian ethno village Pakovo Selo, where we learn about the life in the past days and we have a typical regional lunch with live Dalmatian music; - An afternoon drive to Plitvice; - Hotel HB.

Day 8: 16.09.2018: PLITVICE LAKES (UNESCO) – SLOVENIA – PORTOROŽ
- A morning visit of Plitvice Lakes National Park (UNESCO), one of the oldest national parks in Southeast Europe and the largest national park in Croatia;
- It's known for a chain of 16 terraced lakes, joined by waterfalls, that extend into a limestone canyon. Walkways and hiking trails wind around and across the water, and a Lake Kozjak ferry links the upper and lower lakes;
- Surrounded by the dense wood, Plitvice Lakes are a natural phenomenon of a rare and unique beauty;
- After lunch break we continue towards SLOVENIA;
- We finish the day in a lively touristic sea-side town Portorož;
- Hotel HB or BB & Restaurant dinner.

Day 9: 17.09.2018: PORTOROŽ – PIRAN – POSTOJNSKA JAMA – LJUBLJANA
- A morning visit of Piran, the oldest and very picturesque Slovenian Mediterranean town, one of the preferred locations for film industry (apart from Bled);
- We continue to the wine region of Kras, where we have a wine tasting at tourist farm;
- We continue to Postojna cave, the most popular karst cave in the world. Guided tour starts with the ride by electrical train and followed by a walk through beautiful passages and chambers with spectacular drop stones, pillars, limestone curtains and other unforgettable forms;
- A drive to Ljubljana and dinner in the Old Town;
- Hotel, BB.

Day 10: 18.09.2018: LJUBLJANA – ŠKOFJA LOKA – LJUBLJANA
- A morning sightseeing of Ljubljana and getting to know the unique character of "Stara Ljubljana" (Ljubljana’s Old Town), where distinct Baroque and Art Nouveau architecture combines with masterly creations by the 20th century architect Jože Plečnik;
- During the walking tour main sights will be visited: the Cathedral of St. Nicolai, the Three bridges, Ljubljanica river and funicular ride up to the Castle for a beautiful view of the Old Town;
- free time for lunch or souvenir shopping in Ljubljana; - A drive to Škofja Loka, the most preserved medieval town from 15 century; - We visit the castle, old city centre and we learn, how the Slovenian lace is made;
- A typical regional dinner in the oldest house of Škofja Loka;
- Return to Ljubljana, hotel HB or BB & Restaurant dinner.

Day 11: 19.09.2018: LJUBLJANA – VRŠIČ – BOVEC – KRANJSKA GORA – BLED
- A drive to a beautiful Alpine region, to the world known ski resort Kranjska Gora and ski-jumping center Planica;
- A drive up the most beautiful panoramic road, up to the Slovenian highest pass Vršič (1611 m), in the heart of the Julian Alps;
- A drive to Bovec, which is famous for the emerald green Alpine Soča River and Slovenian extreme sport center;
- After lunch we return to Kranjska gora and we continue to number 1 Slovenian attraction, the wonderful glacial lake Bled with the tiny and romantic island in the middle;
- First we drive up to the top of the cliff, to medieval castle with amazing view over Bled lake, and there we can treat ourselves with the famous Bled’s cream cake, called "kremšnita";
- We take the traditional "pletna" boat ride to Bled island and ring the wishing bell in St. Mary church;
- In Bled’s vicinity we have a walking tour in a beautiful Bled’s Vintgar gorge;
- Hotel BB & Typical regional dinner (optional is folklore show).

Day 12: 20.09.2018: BLED – BOHINJ –LJUBLJNA AIRPORT
- On the way to Bohinj we stop at Studor, one of nicest villages where we can see a group of typical hayracks called "kozolec";
- We continue to the largest glacier lake Bohinj, surrounded by high summits of the Julian Alps;
- In a case of a nice weather, we can take cable-car to Vogel (1537 m) or we go to waterfall Savica, where Slovenians were christened;
- Return to Bled and Ljubljana;
- A flight back home at their own arrangement
